Justin advised and successfully defended one of our clients in the first high court action involving both copyright and design right under the CPA 1988 (as amended). He also has worldwide experience advising clients in the filing and prosecution of trade mark and design applications and he also advises clients on all aspects of licensing of intellectual property.
